Delete your account

Before you confirm

We process requests within 30 days and email you when deletion is complete. Your account remains accessible while the request is pending; submitting a request is not temporary deactivation.

We remove your account and associated personal data that we are not required to retain. Shared business records belonging to other organization members remain available to them. Limited tax, transaction, security, and backup records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you own an organization, we will handle its access and any VendorOS subscription as part of processing. You do not need to transfer ownership or cancel a subscription first. Download any records you want to keep before requesting deletion.
